Dr Reeves has served in various senior international roles at Northwood University, Michigan, USA from 2011-2024, culminating as the University's international strategist. She holds a BA from Nanzan University, an MA in Counselling from Central Michigan University and a Doctorate in Education in Organisational Leadership from Northeastern University. She advocates for women's economic empowerment through the Institute of Economic Empowerment of Women, working with female entrepreneurs in Afghanistan and Rwanda.
